The place was fairly clean and fabulous, it had amicable staff in the early morning check-out. We ate in the excellent restaurant at the lobby which was great priced. It was nice to have a terrace and a lounge. The hotel provided good prices.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, right near shopping, beaches, and restaurants, and has a spacious unit equipped with a microwave, electric kettle. The location is marvellous and fab, close to everything, and the unit is reasonably large with great amenities.

Relaxing, clean venue with great and lovely location very close to the beach and comfortable bedrooms, the markets and night clubs, and many wonderful & cheap restaurants & warungs within walking distance. Friendly service and decent value. Sports bar and good pool. Comfortable stay, as always.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay at the Town House in Kuta enjoyable. The spacious apartment was clean and comfortable, with multiple pools to choose from. The breakfast had a good variety of options for everyone. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Conveniently situated near Poppies Lane II, making it easy to get around on foot. the staff here was super helpful - they even gave us free wake up calls and ironing services! ⏰👔

We were a family of 5 and stayed in the 2 bedroom family unit. The unit was incredibly spacious with a full-size kitchen. It was a relief to have so much room to move around in. The unit was always kept clean and tidy by the helpful housekeeping staff. They did a great job. We really appreciated the convenience of having breakfast included in our package. The buffet breakfast provided a good variety of options to start our day. The location was also quite convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The beds were a bit on the firm side, but that's just a personal preference. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I would recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option.

The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with good bathrooms and a balcony looking over one of the pools.
